The Y-Tel server appliance is a next generation telephone server, providing comprehensive telephone services for organisations of 5 users plus. Each user can use either a traditional looking desk phone with an optional headset, a wireless phone, or a PC based ’soft-phone’ also with a headset. Each user can be ‘on-the-system’ at any location with internet access, including home, office, hotspot etc. This allows the user to answer incoming calls to a geographical numbers such as 01625.. or 0161.. , and also transfer calls to other internal users at no cost.
